Once you express interest via our inquiry form, a specialist will verify current slot availability and lead times directly with the manufacturer. We prefer in-store collection at our Hellerup location to ensure final fit adjustments. However, for nationwide delivery within Denmark, bikes are shipped via specialized couriers in 'ride-ready' condition. This means only minimal handlebar alignment and pedal installation are required—every bike is fully tuned and safety-checked before boxing.

All new bicycles purchased through Cyyclestore carry full manufacturer warranties. Coverage typically includes lifetime frame warranties (subject to brand policy) and 2-year coverage on electronic groupsets. We manage the diagnostic evidence and submission for you.
Return Policy
Accessories and unworn apparel can be returned within 14 days. For custom-built bicycles or special order frames, returns are generally not possible due to high personalization; however, we offer a "Perfect Fit" adjustment guarantee on all bikes fitted in our workshop.
