We conduct a full architectural audit every 24 months. If a manufacturer shifts their production to standards that compromise on serviceability or quality control, we begin a phased exit from that partnership. Our first loyalty is to the Hellerup rider, not the brand.
Are the warranty claims handled locally?
Yes. Every brand we partner with allows Cyyclestore to act as the primary technical point of contact. This ensures that you don't have to wait for international shipping for initial diagnostic verification; we keep you on the road while we manage the logistics.
Can I request a custom build from a non-partner brand?
While we primarily focus on our curated partners, we provide professional assembly services for specialty frames if they meet our basic safety and engineering standards. A technical consultation is required before we accept the project.
